The GMT Board of Trustees continues to make progress toward its vision of providing one of the best Greek shelters at Kettering. GMT and chapter representatives met with several potential architects over the past 12 months to find one that both fit our budget and our shared vision. In the end we selected FUNchitecture of Flint, Michigan to complete phase I which will include digital “as-built” drawings from the original blueprints, and creation of conceptual renderings based on our feedback.
CALLING DELT ALUMNI: GMT has created two subcommittees, one for the remodel conceptual design, and the other to coordinate the fundraising feasibility study. For the fundraising, we urgently need representatives from each decade to help with information gathering for the feasibility study. Volunteers will NOT be doing the actual fundraising.
