Renovation Campaign Update

Recent Contributions Our Delt house renovation campaign is well underway! While many of the early donors were from the 80’s, earlier classes have recently been stepping up the to challenge too. Just over the past few weeks we raised nearly $50k largely due to Jim Crouse (EI-A 1965) and John Bybee (1975) for their very generous contributions. If you are from the 60s or 70s, please consider joining your fellow Delt brothers in supporting this critical need. While we need … Read More

The A-section Delt house is as strong as ever. We are keeping up by doing as many events as possible. We hope to break through last year’s numbers in philanthropy, community service hours, and academic involvement. We are in the top 5 among wet houses and have a GPA above the non-Greek average, thanks to our study hours and academic participation on campus. As Delts, we are committed to uplifting our community and improving the areas nearest us by having … Read More

We decided to build a desk on each wall to double the amount of spots available in Eta. The wall directly outside of Eta was also repaired and repainted, … Read More

Delt Shelter Strategy Update

In a previous note I mentioned our primary direction is to remodel the shelter as opposed to moving. This is still our direction. However there have been some recent developments. Kettering is getting more serious about their “Greek Village” concept, and other fraternities on Dupont street are seriously considering it. Trustee Jaffke and I recently met with Kettering administration, and we are now closely connected with the Phi Delts and FIJI house corps. This is an important decision, and we … Read More
