GMT Selects an Architect!

The GMT Board of Trustees continues to make progress toward its vision of providing one of the best Greek shelters at Kettering. GMT and chapter representatives met with several potential architects over the past 12 months to find one that both fit our budget and our shared vision. In the end we selected FUNchitecture of Flint, Michigan to complete phase I which will include digital “as-built” drawings from the original blueprints, and creation of conceptual renderings based on our feedback. … Read More

For Epsilon Iota B and Kettering as a whole, the Fall term was quite an interesting and quickly changing time. Gamma Mu Tau Establishes Board of Trustees

The first formal meeting of the newly created Gamma Mu Tau (GMT) Board of Trustees was held on January 10th, 2021. There are several reasons why both GMT and the local chapters felt this change was needed. For one, it brought our house corporation more in line with benchmark house corporations within Delta Tau Dela fraternity. More importantly, it established accountability for the GMT president, and strengtened GMT’s ability to weather storms such as an absentee president or a failing … Read More
